Karis Smith manages Client Services at North Line Partners where she serves as a key communication link between our clients and candidates. She has a very extensive background as a C-Suite Executive Assistant, working 15 years at The Law & Economics Consulting Group. Prior to that she worked with Hilary Jambor (a Managing Partner at North Line) when they were both at Heidrick & Struggles in Chicago.

 

Karis is extremely active in her community, raising awareness of Neuroendocrine Cancer through fundraising events and is heavily involved in feeding the homeless through local food banks. Karis and her husband, Michael, live in the suburbs of Chicago with their two rescued Golden Retrievers, Rocky and River.
