Betsy Tilkemeier is a Founder and Managing Partner of North Line Partners - a boutique executive search firm she co-founded in 2010. The mission of North Line Partners is to deliver fast, high-quality recruitment services through Partner involvement in all aspects of every engagement.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Betsy has expertise in retail and consumer markets with a particular focus serving clients who go to market through multiple/alternative distribution channels including direct selling and eCommerce. Her expertise also includes in-depth experience within health and wellness, food, apparel, nutrition and personal care. She has successfully completed senior level general management, merchandising and marketing searches for: KIND Snacks, Omaha Steaks, YoCrunch, Plum Organics, See's Candies, Neways, StriVectin, ViSalus Sciences, Revolution Foods, Amway, QVC, True Value, Carhartt, Jockey, Isagenix and The Pampered Chef. Betsy also has expertise serving private equity clients as well as family-owned companies. Since founding North Line Partners, she has successfully recruited many CEOs and CMOs for portfolio companies of Catterton Partners, Z Capital, Berkshire Hathaway, Simon Equity/San Francisco Equity Partners and ExploraMed.
Prior to North Line Partners, Betsy was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in the firm's Global Consumer Markets Practice serving Consumer and Retail clients. She began her search career with another large recruiting firm, first as an Associate and then advancing to Client Partner. Her earlier background includes R.H. Macy's Executive Training Program; Account Management at Tommy Hilfiger; and Operations and Merchandising at Neiman Marcus.
Betsy graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Betsy and her husband, Jon, have two children and live in Chicago's northern suburbs.

Hilary Jambor is a Managing Partner with North Line Partners - a boutique executive search firm. The focus of the firm is to offer unparalleled service for our clients and candidates.
With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Hilary has partnered largely with start-ups to mid-cap sized companies to recruit top talent. Hilary has a track record of recruiting executives who prosper year-over-year resulting in significant promotions and value creation for her clients.
She has a particular expertise in consumer markets, and has helped clients attract CEOs as well as other key members of their senior leadership teams. She also has significant functional expertise in recruiting Brand Marketing talent, Online/Digital executives and leaders of Loyalty/Rewards programs. Clients have included Maui Jim, Regis Corp., Revolution Foods and Tempur Sealy International, Inc.
Prior to North Line Partners, Hilary served as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and was a key member of the Global Consumer/Retail Practice. She began her executive search career in the Consumer Practice with Korn/Ferry International. She found her recruiting niche working for real estate start-up firm, Equis Corporation and leveraged this experience to manage KPMG's recruiting for the firm's Midwest Manufacturing, Retailing and Distribution Practice.
Hilary has an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Hilary and her husband, Steve, live in Chicago's northern suburbs with their three children.
Jody H. Cooper

Jody Cooper is a Client Partner at North Line Partners - a boutique executive search firm founded in 2010. The mission of North Line Partners is to deliver fast, high-quality recruitment services through Partner involvement in all aspects of every engagement.
Jody brings 15 years of executive search experience to North Line Partners and leads the firm's Corporate Communications Practice. Her previous roles include Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International and Director of Talent Acquisition for American Eagle Outfitters, a $3 billion NYSE company. At Korn/Ferry International, Jody completed over 125 senior-level searches across a broad cross-section of industries in customer-facing functional areas including corporate communications, marketing and investor relations.
During her five years with North Line Partners she has placed sales, marketing, e-commerce and general management leaders at Maui Jim Sunglasses, Kind Snacks, Vibes Media, Jockey, Char-Broil, See's Candies, Plum Organics and Tempur Sealy International as well as senior communications leaders at QVC, Amway, Tenneco, Astellas, Michigan State University and Comcast.
Earlier in her career, Jody spent four years as a Media Planner and Account Executive for the New York Office of Foote, Cone & Belding working on consumer products and healthcare accounts. She also spent four years as Relocation Specialist for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
Jody earned her MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management where she was the recipient of the Graduate Business Foundation's National Leadership Award and the Saturn Company Student Leadership Service Award. She earned her BA from Northwestern University in History and Italian Language. She is on the Board of Directors for the Craig D. Tifford Foundation. Jody and her husband, Neal, have a daughter and live in Glencoe, Illinois.
Jon F. Tilkemeier

Jon leverages his past operational and consulting experience to recruit top executive talent in a variety of industries including media, digital technology, industrial/manufacturing and consumer services. A sample of his clients includes InterPublic Group (with a focus on new ventures and digital media), Sears Holdings, SAVO Group, Aviva, Bodycote, Entercom, Brightspark (a division of TUI Travel) and various startups. He has successfully helped clients build out entire management teams across multiple functions for organizations needing to build new competencies and position for growth. Functional expertise includes business development, finance, marketing, sales, supply chain, e-commerce, content and general management.
Previously, he ran his own consulting firm working with media and technology companies launching new services and/or improving operations. Clients served include the past Chairman of a major film studio, a laser-based digital projection company, a recommendation algorithm firm spun out of the AI group at Northwestern University, a private equity-backed media distribution company, an early SaaS provider in marketing and sales enablement technology, a music DVD content creator, and a top-tier strategy consulting firm where he was engaged to help ideate companies out of their intellectual property.
Prior to consulting, Jon served in senior sales, marketing and strategy roles at various organizations including Leo Burnett, Ameritech and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He serves as an advisor to several startups in the digital media arena in both Chicago and New York. He lives in a North Chicago suburb with his wife, Betsy, and two sons.

Janet brings more than 20 years of executive search experience to North Line specializing in Consumer, Retail, and Industrial. Her previous roles include Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart and Principal at Jones Consulting Group. Additionally, she served as Director of Research for Korn/Ferry International. Janet has completed over 200 senior-level searches across a broad cross-section of industries in functional areas to include marketing, finance, IT, engineering, and operations.
Janet earned her MS in Information Science from the University of Washington and her BA from the University of California at Irvine. She resides in Seattle with her husband and two golden retrievers.

Christina Cohen is an Associate at North Line Partners supporting the Consumer and Retail practice. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with a minor in Korean Language, and a graduate degree from Mount Mary University. After graduating, she participated in a post-undergraduate business training program with LG Electronics at their South Korea Manufacturing Plant utilizing her language skills. Her corporate background is in Consumer and Retail. Prior to joining North Line Partners, she served in Product Development and Management in her role at Kohl's Corporate Headquarters. There she helped launch and manage ready-to-wear brands including LC Lauren Conrad and Sonoma Women's Wear.

Norma Cotto is a Business Manager at North Line Partners supporting the Founding Partners and serving as a key liaison to clients and candidates. She has been with North Line Partners since June 2014 and brings more than 15 years of C-level experience as an Executive Assistant having worked for CTPartners supporting the CEO & Board, Life Sciences and Professional Services practices. Previously, Norma worked for Noble Street Charter High Schools as Office Manager managing day-to-day operations for the Chicago Bulls College Prep campus. She was an integral part of the founding team that launched the school, including recruitment and enrollment of 225+ freshman students. Norma previously worked in various industries including: online travel, private equity, finance, printing and law.
Norma holds a Leadership in Ministry Certificate from Christian Fellowship Theological Seminary. She lives in Chicago.
